Everything below is converted on our own line at Kanjikode. Tell us the internal size and the load, and we'll spec the ply and paper combination to match.
Construction
A corrugated board is liner paper glued to a fluted medium. More plies means more flute layers — more cushioning, more stacking strength, more board cost.
3-ply and 5-ply run on our automatic plant. 7-ply multiwall is made to order for heavy and export loads.
01 — Boxes
Regular slotted cartons and custom-slotted shippers in 3, 5 and 7 ply, joined by stitching or glue depending on the load and the print finish you want.
02 — Print
Two-colour flexo printing straight off the printer slotter, with rotary punching for handles, windows, vents and shaped blanks.
03 — Duplex
Duplex-faced cartons where the pack is seen by the end customer and the print surface matters more than raw kraft economy.
04 — Wax
Wax coating for cartons that face moisture, ice or humid transit — cold chain, seafood, and fresh produce movement.
05 — Board
Corrugated rolls, plain sheet board cut to size, and the inner fittings that stop movement inside the carton — partitions, pads and layer liners.
06 — Heavy duty
Multiwall construction with higher bursting-strength grades for long transit, stacked warehousing and export consignments.
